- The Board meets once a month on the 3rd Tuesday of each month @ 4pm at the airport unless otherwise approved by the Board.
- The Reidsville Airport Authority was created by the Georgia General Assembly in March of 1974 and consists of a minimum of 9 members that run the airport and make all decision's for it.

Gene Long
Board Member since 2015
Gene brings his vast experience to the board. He is a retired firefighter, and currently a Paramedic. He works as the Deputy Director for a local EMS service. He served in the US Army as a Nurse and Georgia National Guard. He has been a pilot for the past 13 years and has obtained, commercial and flight instructor ratings, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation. Pilots remote control aircraft (drones,helicopter,airplanes) part 107 certificate. Gene also maintains the airport lighting system and other items around the airport in Reidsville.

Private Pilot, previously owned a Cessna 150, and have hours logged in a Cessna 172, a Piper Warrior, a Piper Arrow, a Piper Twin Comanche, and now flying an experimental twin-engine Air-Cam.
